Before making pizza, we have to prepare ragi rotis which will be used as a base of pizza. To prepare ragi roti, take 1 cup water add it to a kadai or sauce pan, place it on flame. Add required salt to it.
After it comes to a boil, make the flame to low. Add 1 cup of ragi flour into the water. Mix this with the help of a wooden spoon for about 1-2 minutes or till the flour completely absorbs water. Then switch off the flame and take the pan out of the flame.
Cover it with a lid for about 10 minutes, then with the help of hand knead it very well and smooth to make crack-free rotis
Once kneaded, divide the dough into equal sized balls dust it into some flour and start rolling thin.
Now put a cast iron tawa on to flame, and make rotis by cooking both sides. The base of pizza is ready.
Take a mixing bowl, put the paneer cubes, finely chopped onions, capsicums, red chili flakes and salt as required and mix it really well.
Place a dosa pan on flame, place a ragi roti on pan. Drizzle 1 tsp of butter on the roti, then spread 1tsp of pizza sauce with the help of a spoon on the roti.
Then spread the paneer mixture(made before) on the roti, then grate cheese on the top of it. Cover it with a lid and let the vegetables to be cooked and the cheese to be melted completely.
Once done, open the lid and switch off the flame. Take the ragi roti pizza into a serving plate. Sprinkle pinch of salt and some red chili flakes on the top of it. Cut it into 4 equal parts.
It is now ready to serve. You can enjoy it with tomato ketchup.
